United One is currently seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales who is a proven leader with in-depth industry experience in financial information and services to service our customers in the Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia areas. The position will be responsible for all sales growth and continued support of existing customers. The Regional Vice President reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This position will ensure sales goals are met and exceeded by providing a consultative sales approach to the base of clients and prospective clients to ensure that United One’s solutions are utilized to grow market share. A high level of customer service and responsiveness is required. The Regional Vice President is responsible for partnering with clients to ensure that United One’s solutions are meeting the Lender’s needs. The sales executive will be given individual goals and is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by establishing a presence as the face of United One in the market, gaining credibility through problem solving, and positive client results. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience of sales in the financial services industry and a proactive approach to solving customers’ needs. This person will be required to effectively communicate with various levels in and outside of the organization, and have strong decision making skills. Knowledge and use of Salesforce.com is preferred.
