Position: Senior Application Developer

Details:

United One, Inc., a full service mortgage lending partner, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Application Developer to assist both internal developers and external resources in the development of a new, complex application for potential commercialization. Interested applicants must be proficient in interacting with users as well as senior management. Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred but not required.

The United One Application Development team uses .NET C# and promotes a strong emphasis on agile development, continuous delivery and customer satisfaction.

Position: Abstractor/Courthouse Searcher

Details:

United One is currently seeking an Abstractor/Courthouse Searcher who examines county records for specific property and owner information on residential and commercial properties.

Education/Experience

  • Minimum high school graduate
  • Minimum of 12 months previous experience abstracting property reports preferred

Skills Required

  • Computer skills: Advanced computer skills with the ability to search public records online

  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently utilizing good organizational skills

  • Understand all procedures related to job function, including office procedures
  • Be committed to the success of the corporate mission and vision
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

Position: Regional Vice President

United One is currently seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales who is a proven leader with in-depth industry experience in financial information and services to service our customers in the Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia areas.  The position will be responsible for all sales growth and continued support of existing customers.  The Regional Vice President reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This position will ensure sales goals are met and exceeded by providing a consultative sales approach to the base of clients and prospective clients to ensure that United One's solutions are utilized to grow market share.  A high level of customer service and responsiveness is required.  The Regional Vice President is responsible for partnering with clients to ensure that United One's solutions are meeting the Lender's needs.  The sales executive will be given individual goals and is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by establishing a presence as the face of United One in the market, gaining credibility through problem solving, and positive client results. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience of sales in the financial services industry and a proactive approach to solving customers' needs.  This person will be required to effectively communicate with various levels in and outside of the organization, and have strong decision making skills.  Knowledge and use of Salesforce.com is preferred. Position: Settlement Agent

Details:

United One is currently seeking a Settlement Agent. The Settlement Agent position within the Title Services Department processes real estate transactions and closes title applications in compliance with standard operating procedures, government regulations, and legal requirements.  This position utilizes effective time management, communication, and accounting skills.  The Settlement Agent works with mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers and real estate agencies to coordinate closings and resolve potential closing issues.  Previous banking, lending, or real estate experience is preferred.

Position: Accounting Assistant

Details: United One is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant who is responsible for organizing, filing, and performing general office functions within the Accounting Department. All tasks are to be performed with a sense of urgency and a strong commitment to accuracy. The accounting assistant reports to the Director of Accounting.

Schedule

  • Full Time 37.5 hours per week or Part Time with at least 30 hours per week
  • Days and times are flexible

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Administrative or clerical experience a plus

Skills Required

  • Prior knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete tasks
  • Possess the organization skills to perform job effectively

  • Assigning work ticket tasks to the appropriate party
  • Complete and import data reports using Excel
  • Assist with monthly billing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
